Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped. Once a product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.


Return Policy

  • Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility.
  • The return policy of a product may change without prior notice; please refer to the product page for updated information.
  • If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
  • Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.


Note for Return

  • Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • Products must be returned with original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Return/Exchange requests must be raised within the return period specified on the product page; otherwise, the product will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within one week (7 days) after the returned product is received at our end.
  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
